More and more lightbulbs are going out!

When the bulbs work, the light is great. Now I've burned out 6 lightbulbs. Water has entered several "waterproof" lanterns. Can I get some spare bulbs, please? Sanchin, how do I contact customer service? I've only had these lights for 9 months. I have another patio set that is over 2 years old and still works great.
