When I first ordered it I was a bit disappointed because one of the metal plates had no steps and couldn't be used. I received a full refund for the product and re-ordered with no problems. I followed DM Stafford's installation instructions. I used a 1/16" drill bit for the pilot hole for the 4 screws and a 5/16" bit for the mounting screw in the leg that goes into the shelf. Works perfectly. There were no problems. perfect price It was great that the product came with metal plates, screws, feet and felt pads to keep it from scratching the floor. The cymbals alone could cost more than this set. Highly recommended.
