Aquarium Water Treatments seal has been broken
The first bottle came with the cap open and the liquid spilled all over the body. Would have had it returned and got a replacement bottle a few days later. However, the replacement bottle also has a hole in the cap. Either the quality control is poor or someone is tampering with the product.
