I’m a newbie roller skater and I took a bad fall to the tailbone. The fall was terrifying! I fell so hard I swear that I felt my brain shake in my head 😱 I’m 5’7 and 140 pounds - the XL shorts fit me with some room to spare. I slipped them on right over my leggings. And I’m sure I can slip them on over/under sweatpants or over jeans too bc they stretch. The pads fall exactly over my coccyx bone and that’s all that matters to me. It gives me the confidence to put the skates back on again!
