Review on 🔊 INSMART Computer Speakers: Powerful Wired Sound Bar for PC, Cellphone, Tablet, Laptop by Johnny Black

I've had it for 2 months now. The "manual" I received was a small piece of paper, about 1 1/2" x 2", and everything on it was completely useless to a 76 year old layman. However, I received an email from InSmart and they asked about it and offered technical support. I emailed them describing the problem and after a week or so they responded with pictures of how it should have been wired. The problem is I thought I bought the speaker for my computer which is a laptop that only has a round plug connector. The speaker has 2 plugs, one for the microphone and the other for headphones, which I neither wanted nor needed. When I plugged in one jack it did nothing for the video I was playing and listening to and the other jack muted the sound (obviously it was the headphone jack). Maybe the plug that was for the mic is the speaker jack and it didn't work at all. So today I tried to contact Revain regarding this and was told it was too late to do anything as the warranty had expired because I had my product for over a month. I went back and read my letter which said it was a one year warranty. Well, I replied to the original email today, but I'm not very happy that it's taking all this time and effort, and for $25, I really have more to do than little things. So, heads up here.
