I like how easy it was to learn with all of their resources available online or when you speak directly through phone/email support line.
The ability to create your own templates can be tedious at times but once you get the hang of things they are really helpful! It's not always obvious what will work best in certain situations so trial & error sometimes needs to happen until something gets figured out correctly! A lot less time spent filling out paperwork as well since we have our doctor send us everything via EMR instead of writing them ourselves which saves tons of paper too.
