I bought this item to put under a corner kitchen cabinet. I have 2 main problems with this product. 1) When installing, there are 2 sets of screws across the width that need to be inserted into the TV, but only one length. This is usually fine as some plastic washers are included in the kit in case the bolts are too long. This was my case but luckily I always keep extra parts from all my cheetah mounts so I could get the set working otherwise it would have been returned. 2) Once installed, the lock feature is just total crap. You have to squeeze your hand to try and turn this little metal cylinder to unlock it. I'm pretty sure we'll never finish it. It would also be nice if the 90 degree swingarm had some sort of locking feature. Tension is controlled by a hex wrench. *Also, I didn't have an allen wrench in either size in my kit, but I'm lucky to have a lot of tools at home. Overall disappointed with this product and not recommended. There are very few options for ceiling mounting.
