I bought this shirt to protect myself from the sun as it protects from the sun and hasn't burned since. It dries faster than a regular cotton shirt because it's breathable and lightweight. There are also so many colors of this shirt, I have never seen so many options for one shirt. Remember it is true to size but baggy. It's a style that helps you stay cool, not because it's too big. If color isn't an issue for you, there are a few colors you can pick up for around $20-$25. $35 on average for most colors, I don't think it's too expensive for the amount of use it will get, and many other fishing brands of similar shirts can go up to $50 or more. This is my favorite fishing shirt and I've just ordered another one in a different color.
