I have liked this product since I used it about a dozen times. The coverage could be better but it's better than what I used. One day I decided to wash the sponge. I handled it very carefully, washed it thoroughly and laid it out to dry. When I went to the application the next day, the sponge fell out of the holder when I tried to apply the product. I switched to another sponge I had. When I opened the product packaging a few days later, I saw that the lid with the holes on top of the product had come off and the product was all over the place. I don't want a refund, but I want you to be aware of my issues.
