I enjoyed using this product because I was familiar with some of the ingredients it contains. However, I'm not sure if they all fit together. I used to take B6, Magnesium and L-Theanine for anxiety and while I believe they can help I wouldn't call them miracle cures. Ashwaganda, Rhodiola. they are adaptogens, mood enhancers that usually give you more energy. Oddly enough, this product also contains passion flower, lemon balm. and both are designed to make you relax and fall asleep. So a bit confusing list of ingredients for me. I have taken this supplement several times, usually right before bed. For me personally, it doesn't do more than relax me a bit, but if you're sensitive to these things, I can definitely see this combination putting you to sleep! Make sure you do your research before taking anything. It's not a miracle cure for anxiety, but it can give you some relief from your anxiety.
