Review on πŸš— OE Rear Wiper Arm and Blade for 2008-2012 Ford Escape (Replaces 8L8Z17526-C) by Sergio Guardado

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Super easy installation!

My wiper arm broke trying to be lazy and not scratch my windshield, I'm driving an escape in 2012, anything can break! But I hate paying someone to do what I could do myself. Login to this product. I am not a homeowner. I vibrate alone in an apartment with my cat and 0 tools. I ordered this, watched a YouTube video, and ran to Walmart to get some wrenches, a bottle of WD-40 to loosen the bolt, a small hacksaw, and threadlocker. Total investment: $35. The hardest part was cutting the aluminum piece of the old lever that was attached to the shaft with a saw without cutting the threads. I wrapped a disposable Rando mask from the floor of my car around the threads to protect them and it worked like a dream. I have attached a photo of the cut piece. I will always cherish them. All in all, a 45 minute task that Google says saved me $40 and now I'm cool with my wrenches and ready to take on the world. 10/10 recommend this product. I'll update if this part doesn't stand up to my lazy frost cleaning habits.
