Review on PDI/Retail Suite by Nale Dunn

I like that it is easy to use and helps to track inventory. It is very user friendly. I dislike that it is expensive for a small store. I wish it had a cheaper price. I also wish that it had a better customer service, but I think it is improving. I would recommend PDI/Retail Suite to other small businesses. I use it to track inventory and it is convenient. Easy to set up and use, easy to customize and train staff on how to use it. Easy to use reporting. Great for the retail industry. They have some of the best support in the business. If you need a product that can handle a big volume, this is it. Great for retail. We have been able to track everything from aisles to cashiers. We can now see what products are being sold, what products are being returned to the store, what products are being sold to our customers, and much more.
