too late for me to get a replacement from Revain so had to speak to seller except that I could not contact the seller anywhere. them the last time I tried. Really frustrating as two of their markers don't even work, nothing wrong with that. If two of these were non-empty, they would probably get a slightly higher rating. Another thing I would like to say is that they are actually not that durable although I thought they were and I looked at many markers to try and find one that would fit the shoe. If you're making shoes, be aware that these markings will wear off if you don't put a protective glaze on them. They came off the fabric part of my son's shoes and the rubber part, which I'm pretty sure should have worked with both of them. They are suitable for everyone and are very beautiful and bright at first, although they simply foam up on the fabric and need to be re-coated for use. I wouldn't say they are a great product they say that but what claims they are durable is a lie and you will get the manufacturer's laws maybe considering I got so many, as i wanted the box and from this box i had defective markers. If they haven't fixed their manufacturer's bug that causes marker errors, you probably won't have a complete box even if you buy one, and it's quite an expensive box even if you don't get all the markers it represents.
