NOT ONLY HDMI. NO SIGNAL FLASHES WHEN PC IS OFF

Use this for my PC case as thermal performance screen. Not only works with HDMI, you need USB. The back of my PC runs HDMI and USB, basically a monitor. -1 star because every time I turn off my computer the NO SIGNAL sign comes up and keeps blinking instead of turning off like my monitors.
