I like that it's very simple! It does what we need in our daily work well enough - no complaints here at this time :) The only thing you have to do every now an then but not often or frequently would be refreshing your browser when using some features from another tab/window etc., if there are new updates available.

Try out as much free trial versions before going into cost money mode ;) We use it mainly so far just with emailing documents back & forth between departments internally; however since most people can read PDFs nowadays its great too share those files over emails instead sending them via physical mail which has gone through hell lately anyway due to pandemic situation everywhere :(.
