Don't use the cheap screws that come with the pallet. I had to drill for four hours.
The screws that come with it are very cheap. I used a 1/4" ratchet so they couldn't be over tightened and so they broke. Not even close to recommended torque specs. I had to drill out broken bolts, three out of 12 broke.
