The screws that come with it are very cheap. I used a 1/4" ratchet so they couldn't be over tightened and so they broke. Not even close to recommended torque specs. I had to drill out broken bolts, three out of 12 broke.

Works great. Lots of RTV sealant. I carefully scraped the block with a razor blade and rubbed it with acetone. And carefully tightened the screws crosswise. I trace the RTV gasket along the edge of the pan and trace the screw holes. I used the heat gun after installing and before pouring any oil. Just point a regular heat gun on the bottom of the pot and let it run for almost an hour. It's been 2 weeks. Works perfectly.

The description says it is compatible with diesel engines however the sealant included in the 'kit' is part number TA-30 and it clearly says 'recommended for use on all engine gaskets except diesel engines". To top it off, the TA-30 sealant expired a month ago. still couldn't use it. Power Stroke engines require TA-31 sealant per Ford instructions. Not to mention the kit does not include metal prep wipes which are a must for sealant. The oil pan is $28, you pay for the bolts and sealant which…
