I informed the seller of what I believe to be a flaw in their product which is that the T-Square head lays flat against the body rather than having a protrusion which you refer to it in your work. I fixed this by gluing a piece of hardwood to the head with epoxy. They asked if I would like a refund and I said no, just wanting to give my point of view on how to improve the product. I ordered this T-Square because it has a metal head while others have plastic heads. I still got my money back. I am very impressed with their customer service.
