Small Engine Fuel Pump Troubleshooting

After replacing the OEM engine fuel pump, filter, fuel line and cleaning tank. The engine has not run under full load for a long time. Apparently out of gas. It turned out that the motor's vacuum pulse was not enough to keep the flow going. Not sure why? I chose an electric pump. Now the engine starts quickly and runs great. Price and delivery were great.
