Tip number one, take the length of the sides out with the rear handle before trying to figure out how to clip the plastic parts in! I literally thought they sent me the wrong one until I twisted the handle and pulled out the levers to attach the plastic clips as shown. Once spotted, it was, uh, clicking, very strong, but didn't seem wanting to break SNAP. There are videos on how to remove the OEM straps, be careful they will come loose but it took a few tries to put the thing back on. Once installed, the top strap has a small flexible element that makes it easy to re-thread the top of the headset. You are ready to go. Oh and clean your lenses, if I didn't have the caps I would imagine my installation method would have left fingerprints on them. feels very comfortable and can quickly use the handle to cock or add from the rig. No marathon sessions yet but very comfortable and well built.
