Edit* It's a miracle, right after I left this review her phone worked. When I finally found an agent, the product worked. So if you earn it's good. I leave the original review below. The app can't find my lightbulbs. They work, the brightness is good. I have followed all of their FAQ guides. I even put a lamp right next to the router as there is a 40 foot limit. Nothing. Call their customer service line and it's offline. Their watch says until 9pm EST and I called at 4pm EST and went into their chat and waited an hour for an agent to show up. Nothing. Will come back if I can't get her to work in a day or two. So be careful, if they don't work, GE won't help you fix it.
