I bought this as a gift for my niece, who has a gecko that she likes to take with her ("the most popular lizard in history," says her mother) . I wanted to find something that would protect the gecko and allow my niece to take her pet with me whenever possible. Although I did not have the opportunity to see the terrarium in person, my niece loved it. and now the gecko can sit at the dining table with the rest of the family!
