I had never heard of this brand before but it had great reviews which piqued my curiosity. I bought this vacuum cleaner for my mother who has cats and dogs and has a house with dust allergies. We like the comfort of our being (plush furniture, rugs, etc.). Due to the limited budget, I wanted to buy something that would really fit the situation, be practical and economical. I'm a quality hunter and I do my homework before making a purchase. By the way, I also bought a pet brush. I will buy it for myself and can only recommend it. This vacuum cleaner has everything you need from a vacuum cleaner. Now it's a bead with pollen and things in the air. I use these several days a week. Some people talk about noise when looking for a vacuum cleaner, but who cares when the power of this machine is so high? We have deep pile carpets in some areas, tile and hardwood floors throughout the house. This vacuum cleaner can handle any surface the first time. It has strong suction power that rivals our old Electrolux vacuum, impressive. An investment is a must when you have pets and they work that well. It's also fairly light and packs away easily with a clip at the bottom to keep everything "together" in space. The bagless feature is just perfect as I don't have to hoard bags for my vacuum cleaner. In every respect I have nothing to fault with this car. I hope it stands the test of time and if not I'll just buy a new one. Vacuum cleaner, great buy.
