Installing Arouca, Drivers on Jetson Nano - Bricked Distribution - Infinite loop restart issue

Radical needs to fix their ramen drivers. I have a Jetson installation with OpenCV and literally everything I needed except for the camera drivers. Yayyyyyy......installed OEM drivers for Ubuntu 18.04 or so and when it restarted it just kept restarting. This fix is unacceptable and an absolute pain in the neck. I would like to rate anything other than 1. Ubuntu has never seen a camera. 2. The camera would not turn on. 3. Drivers blocked my distribution. So yes...that's it.
