I love how easy it was to use, as well as all of their customer service team! They are always quick with responses (sometimes before you even ask) if there's an issue or concern during deployment/implementation.
Also have realized this only helps in our current situation since we do not currently bid out other projects using trubbid; but when bidding out future work they should implement some sort customization options so users can modify templates instead of having them built into one template per project option like now. There isn't much else really at present time which i dislike however would be great improvement ideas coming from user feedbacks such as what features could help us improve efficiency etc. We're solving problems related specifically with construction management services by implementing more modern tools than traditional spreadsheets used previously within my previous employer organization structure.
