Malfunction? in Internal Components

Installation was easy. The device drivers are correctly installed. BUT any program outputting sound to this card hangs. Music playback would not resume in iTunes (but if I selected another audio source, it would start playing immediately from the other source), crawled YouTube videos (prevented audio from crashing). Basically, if the fact is negative, the card was faulty and worthless. Maybe I just have a defective card, but I'm looking elsewhere.
