This card does not support Windows 10 or other modern operating systems. It comes with no documentation or drivers. When installed on an old PC with Windows 7, the channels are reversed, the ports are not the same and the sound quality is beyond bad.

There are no drivers, I haven't found compatible drivers, I'm an IT specialist, I do this, I used to buy cheap PCI device cards and they always worked, this one is dreadful! I'm still looking for drivers, I was in a bind and needed a quick delivery, I'll be looking for about 25 more minutes. Then I clean up that bad luck and return it and dear God spend the extra $1.50 and wait 2 days.

Don't buy this if you can't load the driver with 3rd party software, the CD that comes with the will package is not for windows 10 but these are universal drivers. Also, only buy if your motherboard audio isn't working. I only bought it because my onboard board broke and it really is what you get for the price.

This sound card didn't suit me at all. The software is terrible and strange things were appearing on my screen. Just throw your money out the window and you'll have less hassle and just as good sound. I reinserted my old card and this is being returned today!

I put the part on the computer and tried to find drivers for Windows 10. Apparently, the company that makes the card has dropped support for Windows 10, but still advertised compatibility in the name. When I tried to download the drivers they had my whole computer crashed and I had to erase the drive and start over. They offered a $6 refund for my issues. TERRIBLE.

Installation was easy. The device drivers are correctly installed. BUT any program outputting sound to this card hangs. Music playback would not resume in iTunes (but if I selected another audio source, it would start playing immediately from the other source), crawled YouTube videos (prevented audio from crashing). Basically, if the fact is negative, the card was faulty and worthless. Maybe I just have a defective card, but I'm looking elsewhere.

Nice, right? Who still has Vista or Win7? In any case, when you try to install, you get a message in broken English that "Windows 10 is no longer supported” (sic). As this is obviously my operating system, I returned the item for a replacement.

The quality of the card itself is a bit low. Mine fits in the slot on the mobo but puts some strain on the outlet. Now for the rest: 1. The sound is coming from the wrong speaker, eg front left to right speaker and vice versa.2. The only sound that comes out right (it seems to me) is the center and subwoofer (that's a plus)3. The software supports 6-channel output, but I have no idea what it actually does.4. For example: 5.1 typically uses 6 speakers or channels.5. Rear, at some point I started
