No drivers! - Internal components

There are no drivers, I haven't found compatible drivers, I'm an IT specialist, I do this, I used to buy cheap PCI device cards and they always worked, this one is dreadful! I'm still looking for drivers, I was in a bind and needed a quick delivery, I'll be looking for about 25 more minutes. Then I clean up that bad luck and return it and dear God spend the extra $1.50 and wait 2 days.
