Review on Strongback Consulting, LLC by Mark Gardner

I like that we have been working together since 2014; it has always felt like an ongoing relationship rather than just one project at a time. The team is very knowledgeable about their products and they are great communicators as well! They also were able to work within our schedule requirements which made them able to complete tasks quickly. Nothing really - this was mostly due to scheduling issues but they worked with us to get things done when possible. It's important to understand how much support will be needed from various parties outside of the StrongBack staff. Our communication needs changed several times throughout the year so there wasn't anyone who could communicate effectively all aspects of the business to ensure everything ran smoothly. The end result was that our system failed during peak usage periods because of lack of resources available internally. There were some other minor problems too but nothing major enough to cause any significant loss or harm to the organization. Since implementing StrongBack, we've seen improvements.
