Customer Service at ABLEST Must Be Improved
As a regular online shopper, I was dissatisfied with ABLEST's subpar customer support. It was challenging to fix problems with my orders because their representatives were unresponsive and unhelpful. It took weeks to get a refund, and some of the products I got were of lower quality than I had anticipated. In general, ABLEST must enhance customer care if they hope to retain clients.
