Review on 📞 Vintage Antique Desk Phone - Bronze Rotary Retro Handset for Home Office Decor by Mark Greenwood

I ordered and received a phone. Below there is a place for a call to set it high or low. There was no button, just a hole. I sent it back thinking I had received a defective item and ordered a replacement. The replacement came with the same situation. The device is not very heavy, and the rotary switch is light and fast, almost like a toy. I am very disappointed with the product for the price, I can return it and try another brand. It looks nice, but that's about all it has to offer. I would say the actual cost of this phone is $20-30 based on the quality. The company refunded me $10 so the customer service is ok, I will upgrade my rating to 2 stars as the quality of the product still doesn't match the price.
