Very poorly made, fell apart before first use

Two packs of tea towels arrived this week and I immediately threw them in the washing machine before first use. In the past I've had a variety of crochet kitchen towels that I've used and washed for years without a problem. As you can see in the photo, after washing, one began to completely dissolve, and both threads were already pulled out and crumbled. They are very poorly made and given that they could not be gilded even after washing, it is clear that they will not last long when they can actually be used.
