Review on Goalscape by Jarom Bulles

I like that you can customize goals to specific areas of improvement, whether it be team morale or customer satisfaction etc! There is also an option where if no one completes their task within time limits then they have 'failed'. This makes people think about how important this particular piece/assignment was as opposed when in actual fact some other item may need just more attention than yours does - so not good for motivating teams who are used to failing tasks with little repercussion (and hence don't work hard enough!). It's great we do get feedback too but sometimes its' difficult knowing exactly what needs improving without actually sitting down next them & asking questions :) Would recommend considering all options including free trials before purchasing however i'm sure there would still much value gained from using Goalscape after purchase due date has passed.
