The UI is super intuitive to use, it's very easy for new users as well -- you can do everything through drag & drop! The ability to set goals is an important tool for anyone, no matter what their profession or job title may be! I like that you can customize goals to specific areas of improvement, whether it be team morale or customer satisfaction etc! There is also an option where if no one completes their task within time limits then they have 'failed'. The best part about goalscapes is that you can assign tasks to specific people or whole teams, it's easy for your team members (or even yourself) see their progress towards those assigned objectives as well! It also has an awesome calendar function so when something comes up we're all aware of dates/deadlines etc beforehand which helps us schedule our time effectively - no more surprises there!! The best thing about goalscape is that it allows me to write out my thoughts, feelings and objectives and visualize them in ways I wouldn't think of otherwise. It has helped me create personalized work sheets for different situations (e.g., work vs. family). My biggest problem with this program is there are no options to customize what each sheet shows - so you can only have certain worksheets show up if they're open in your browser window right now or not at all.
