Although I can google to find out how to use these things, they came with no instructions or explanation (why 3 stars) It was weird. The material feels comfortable, although the extremely long loop at the end is very uncomfortable (and unnecessary) when worn under clothing. I have used them when walking my dog and have been able to keep them in place with no problems. See what happens when I sneeze, cough or laugh.
