Works well, plan to go through many of these. I have them for drilling holes in 3/16" mild steel used. Beams, learned I had to replace them about every 40 holes, usually due to cracking, but installing a new one was like a whole new experience, each time it felt like a good fresh drill bit was cutting in smoothly, and then each additional hole would gradually become more difficult. but then you have to wait until it breaks and you release a new one again 😀 good thing with ten packs! I bought a second one! A good product!
