This decaf is head and shoulders above the others that I've sampled in terms of flavor. The perfume is good, however it disappears in a very short amount of time. The flavor is initially pleasing, but there is a distinct absence of acidity. The decaffeinated coffees that I have tested all have an unpleasant bitterness in the aftertaste, and I have found that this characteristic is shared by all of them. I use a coffee machine that looks like a geyser, and everything is normal here at the fortress. In general, I am content, and though I plan to order more of it, I will also explore the possibilities offered by other types.
