Review on Polished Chrome Towel Ring by Franklin Brass - VOI46-PC, Bathroom Accessories by Martha Lieras

This is a good towel ring. My wife wanted the ring to be open on one side and not the typical "full circle" ring. We also like that you can install it upside down, so the open side can be left or right. Of course, this means the set screw is now up when the hole is on the left, but I set the ring high enough that neither my wife nor I can see the set screw when it's up. The only issue I had was that the included set screws were 1/8" too long (see photo). The Franklin Brass was supposed to include 3/8" screws, but for some reason 1/2" screws were I went to Franklin Brass/Liberty Hardware's website, put in a request for suitable screws, waited a week but never got a response, I then called their toll free customer service number and the screws I needed got a few Days later sent free of charge by post.
