Everything is fine, there are only minor drawbacks.
Compared to proteins and gainers, the flavors aren't very appealing. The most important thing about bsaa is that it doesn't have a bitter flavor. The "Mango" flavor is too confusing for me, and I could hardly finish the drink. I've switched to the "melon flavor" kind, which, according to the 2022 translation sticker, is called Melon. Personally, I drank 700 grams and found the flavor to be refreshing without being overly sweet. But now I'm going to try some Cocacolla with some lemon. I pray it gets better.
