August 12, 2021: I was offered a free toner cartridge to give this review, so this is my review after my first purchase. I haven't received anything as a gift yet. - Great Price: Seriously, all of Canon's threats fail to convince me to pay their exorbitant prices. - Perfect Fit: Seems to be taken for granted, but they all fit easily in the toner cartridge box. - Excellent customer service: I had to contact them (because: see last point) and the website redirects you to the chat function for returns and the like. They responded immediately, they were very friendly and as soon as I told them about my problem and showed them photos of printing problems, they immediately offered to send replacement pictures. All other colors worked great. I've seen other people have the same problem so I'm hoping mine is just a bad one and the replacement doesn't have a problem. I realize I may have given a lower overall rating for this reason, but I've really been impressed with the support response so far. I will update this when a replacement arrives with additional feedback. UPDATE (August 16, 2021): The replacement cartridge arrived today via FedEx; that's four days from the time I received the original order, including weekends! So bonus points for speed and paying for expedited shipping. So I put in a new cartridge and ran some tests. First, it's much quieter. I forgot to mention that the first (faulty) cartridge made a lot of loud clicking noises; Nobody does that. I then printed the same two test pages/wipe cycles I did for four days and they came out perfect! Great job True Image! Thanks very much! I've added a star to give this review 5 stars and I've added two more photos with new results. Looks perfect to me! I will try to update again either when they run out or when something changes.
