I liked these printer cartridges much better than other branded cartridges I have used before - they are very easy to install and the print quality stays high over a longer period of time. The only downside is that we rarely get 100% ink out of a cartridge before too much ink hits the roller and smudges the pages - but this happens much sooner with other brands of cartridges. This is the best value for money for these printer cartridges that we have found so far.

I've used compatible devices from two different brands, although they were probably all made in the same Chinese factory. In each case at least one of the 4 toners was defective due to spilled or dirty toner. Initial print quality is very good, but quality soon deteriorates, leaving streaks and blotches. In the best case I was able to use about 25% (75%) of the remaining cartridges before the print quality got so bad that they had to be replaced. If you do the math, it ends up costing the same…

Replacement toner cartridges are expensive so I decided to try the True Image compatible toner cartridge. I wasn't disappointed at all! The cartridges look and feel like the originals and are just as easy to install. It only gets better from there because so far, after a few weeks of printing, I can't tell anything apart from the original. I'm so glad I was able to save money and keep the quality I expected.

The biggest problem was; whether True Image cartridges meet OEM installation and performance, including image quality. They do. My original set contained a defective CYAN cartridge which True Image promptly replaced and now it works as intended. My experience so far is low and I am very happy with the customer service and the toner cartridges. I will provide additional updates as my experience with True Image cartridges changes. After two attempts with another brand where my printer made a grinding noise, I ordered these cartridges.
