I find this product more like a belt with a pocket than a belt. You can take your iPhone or similar sized smartphone with you along with your car keys, ID card or driver's license and some credit cards or cash. But don't count on having both a wallet and a cell phone because they won't fit. In fact, my wallet alone won't fit in it. On the other hand, you don't want to carry so much with you when running/jogging. It has elastic straps (adjustable with velcro) on both sides, so you can carry a couple of small water bottles or similar for professional runners. I prefer to wear it with a pocket in the back than in the front. It's very light (depending on what you're wearing) so you don't feel it when you run.
