Bought one for each of my species that run long distances. waste of money. Both thought they were uncomfortable and bulky.

Fits well. I love the velcro, not the buckle on the hip belt. The only annoyance: The bag is no bigger than an iPhone or iPod. Also, I use it every day when I run.

I'm an average runner and I thought this is exactly what I was looking for but I have to tell you it's a little bit more true than I expected And it's for the long haul not very comfortable. I love Asics products BTW, I'm a total fan. Hope this helps. For your health

Much less bulky than old fashioned "bum bags" and perfect for carrying a slim phone and car key/remote. Keep in mind that you won't be able to fit a full set of keys in with your phone as it is very thin. So far it stays on when I run (make it "run" - and not too fast!), but I've only had it for a few weeks. I find this product more like a belt with a pocket than a belt. You can take your iPhone or similar sized smartphone with you along with your car keys, ID card or driver's license and some credit cards or cash. But don't count on having both a wallet and a cell phone because they won't fit. In fact, my wallet alone won't fit in it.
