I like that it's easy for my coworkers to use, also the customer support team are very helpful when having issues with their software! Nothing really at this point but what we've been told by other customers who have used them as well. So far its working great so no complaints here :) We're able to track product usage easier than before which helps us in our day-to-day activities. I like the fact that you can easily customize the tool to fit your needs. There is a lot of flexibility. There are a lot of options to choose from. The support is very helpful and friendly. It is easy to use and the interface is very user friendly. I have been able to extract data from a variety of different sources and have been able to use the data to help my team make better decisions.
