The most helpful part about this tool is knowing where we stand at every moment when it comes in terms of our legal matter progress within MuleSoft's world. I must say there aren't too many downsides using this product! You can easily create workflows/projects and also share them so clients as well us have access if needed/wanted but not required. We've used several workflow tools over time including Zapier (ZapWork) which was very easy to learn however not much features other then sending emails via different apps available. For ease of use along with having custom built flows to do what exactly needs done, this software works flawlessly!! The best part is it's price point compared to other software out there! It works great as an electronic signature tool. There could be some improvements like better integration into SharePoint but overall I am happy with this product so far. We use it mainly to sign documents electronically, we also have used their web forms feature which makes creating new templates easy too.
