Broken on second use

I bought it about 3 months ago but didn't use it because the school didn't have classes (I'm a teacher). I used it earlier this week and had a laminating sheet stuck in it. I thought it might be user error so today I tried using it again. All the pages came out crumpled which I walked past and just decided to live with until the sheet started to crumble again. He pulled it in but didn't release it from the other side. I am attaching a photo of what the site looks like now. It's too late for me to go back as I've been waiting to use it for a while. Would definitely not recommend this item.
