Inexpensive, but very sensitive
Nice device, but very sensitive. It is difficult to get used to turning on the burner. The left-right one explodes really hard when it first fires, then offers either too much or nothing at all when you depress the gas pedal. It just takes a little getting used to, but since I bought it for Airbnb, I had to learn how to use it, take notes, and type directions for guests. Don't stand too close when you turn it on for the first time π
