Nice device, but very sensitive. It is difficult to get used to turning on the burner. The left-right one explodes really hard when it first fires, then offers either too much or nothing at all when you depress the gas pedal. It just takes a little getting used to, but since I bought it for Airbnb, I had to learn how to use it, take notes, and type directions for guests. Don't stand too close when you turn it on for the first time 😁

Absolutely stylish, good looking, well built and extremely great customer service! I ordered a 34 inch tempered glass built-in hob and I am very happy that I received it in one day. Johnson was quick, efficient and extremely professional and was very helpful with directions on what I needed to buy. Just buy a 1/2 inch female gas fitting for $3.74 from Home Depot and the installation was super quick and easy. I highly recommend the Empava technique!

Very nice unit. Set it to propane with no problem. The only problem we encountered was the flame setting. We can cook anything, but when you try to cook something, it's difficult at best. We tried calling customer service (phone number listed in California) but it no longer works and in Italy. Well, they have a very different schedule than we do. If we could figure out how to adjust the flange that would be a 5 star rating.

This stove has dangerous separate burner grates. Pots and pans fall off the grill easily, spilling fat or hot water on the stove and the person standing in front of it. An 8-inch saucepan slid off the burner grate with a flick of the pan, spilling half its contents onto my thighs. You cannot center the pan over the burner as the weight of the handle is enough to tip it off the grate. .This has happened at least a dozen times in a few months. Do not buy this oven.

Nice design with large center burner and center front handles. The hob worked as it should. The grilles were cast from a heavy alloy. It was easy to install. So easy that they didn't bother to include instructions. The template that was cut out was included. The packaging was terrible. I received it with a broken grille! After receiving the first stainless steel hob and 2 curved igniters it was returned for another. Taken out of the plastic bag, the TOP looked like an OCEAN because the stainless steel looks VERY THIN! Then to this one. I bought this hob to replace a very old American hob that had problems with the ignition switch. It seems to work fine, but I'd rather set the burners lower than they can be adjusted. The description of the origin of this product is somewhat misleading.
