Works as described and designed. Fast charging on my Note 8 and Surface Tab. I tested the charger's performance and was very surprised to find that it delivered the same voltage as Samsung's original fast charger. The Samsung QC Wall Charger delivers 8.76 volts at 0.98 amps. This QC Magnnito 5.4 dual output charger delivers 8.84V at 0.96A through the QC 3.0 USB connector. USB port 5V 2.4A gives 4.77V at 0.98A. Charging works great, I will buy more. Highly recommend this product if you are an active cellphone user and need to charge your phone/tablet via USB.
