I have a Turtle Beach DX12 headset with a DSS2 processor that I bought for my Xbox 360 over 5 years ago and when I bought my Xbox One it connected and worked just as well , but was only a problem, constant echo in the party chat. I've been constantly researching and trying to find ways to solve the problem and haven't found a solution. My Xbox was also bought in 2015, so I already had a newer Xbox One controller with a 3.5mm jack built in, so I figured that wouldn't help. I decided to give it a try and it was worth every penny. This is the best addition I've made to my 5+ year old headset because I didn't want to go out and buy a new expensive headset. My friends no longer hear their own echo and my friends' voices are even clearer. If you cannot solve the problem with Echo or Chat type, this might be the solution.
